Most of you know by now that I had an emergency C-section on May 26th after my blood pressure went up and I have protein in my urine. I know...I'm only almost 6 weeks late in posting this. But better late than never, I always say. I was supposed to be brought in for a section on the 31st, so this was just a little early. The girls arrived that afternoon and my life was altered beyond recognition. We are still feeling thrilled and overwhelmed, along with emotional and sleep deprived. For the first 4 weeks I was staying in Jackson with mom and my sister. Now I'm back home and I actually started back to work today. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from any of my job interviews so we'll be stationary here on the coast for a while. Mom and Cindy (Ant's mom) will be keeping the girls until Daycare works itself out. We're still making a decision about where to leave them during the day. Pray that God will work this decision out for us. It's a tough one.
Anyway, the girls and Aiden are wonderful. Anthony is great, too. Aiden is a terrific big brother already! He is too cute! He loves his 'BABIES' and we've already had to get onto him for trying to pick them up. He is a doll. They girls are getting bigger everyday. They're much more vocal than Aiden was. Camden is laid back and Carsen is rather needy. She likes to be held, whereas Camden is ok in the swing or bouncy. They are more alert now, which is good. I keep waiting for them to roll over during tummy time because they are both so wiggly! I will be spending the next month getting adjusted to work and 3 babies. WOW. 3 babies. Sorry...got sidetracked. August will be the month that I get the nursery completed. It is still the guest room while mom and dad are here. I'll post pics and after when it is completed. It should be cute.
On a technical note, you will notice over the next week or so that I will be integrating the girls' site to Aiden's and it will be their site together. It is just too much to keep up both. I've already moved the journal posts to this site. This will also keep you, our faithful readers (hehe) from having to browse so many sites.
Ok. I gotta run get back to work.
Love,
