Hello to all! Greetings from Gulfport. Our little man is almost 6 months old!!! Can you believe it??? He is so beautiful He just gets prettier everyday. I'm so sure now that I will have an ugly little girl next. It just wouldn't be fair to have 2 children as beautiful as Aiden. I will be ok if she's ugly...I promise. Maybe.
Ok, now on to the updates. Aiden is still the most wonderful kid in the world. He is now sitting up on his own, but cannot yet get to the sitting up position on his own. It's coming soon, though. He just gets stronger everyday. He is also trying his best to crawl. He can't quite figure out that you have to lift your tummy off the ground and gets pretty frustrated when he doesn't go anywhere. He'll catch on soon enough...then we'll never be able to catch up with him. He is still loving his veggies. Squash is his fave. He isn't much on peas, though. He spits those at me. What fun! I don't like peas either. I think I'll spit them at Anthony next time I eat them.
My sister is now living with us for the summer. She is so much fun and Aiden LOVES his aunt Tashy. She and her new guy, Zellwigger, are going to be spending a lot of time with us. We're having a blast.
Anthony and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary May 31st. We went Jeep riding at Red Creek Offroad (shout out to SMJC) and now I can say that I fully understand his infatuation with offroading. It was a blast! I can't wait until Aiden is old enough to go. I sure hope he likes mud! We also went to see Star Wars 3, which was excellent. I cried. I was so good! And I must say, I love me some Wookie. Go Chewbacca! He should be in all of the movies. When Aiden is old enough to appreciate it, I want to sit and watch all 6 Star Wars in a row with him. I will be a cool mom.
Well, we are looking forward to July 4th! We'll be attending the Crab Fest in Bay St. Louis, and we'll hopefully have some visitors this year, again. Last year we had a house full. There will be another attempt at a bon fire. After last year's "non" fire, we can't do much worse. Hope to see you all soon!
Happy Father's Day to all the Daddy's out there!
Of course, me and Aiden have the best Daddies!!!
Love,
MandyeComments:Add a comment:
