Well, it's official. We had the sonogram yesterday morning and #2 is definitely on the way. We saw the little heartbeat and my official due date is June 24th. I'm gonna aim for the 17th because that's Ashley's b'day. We took Aiden with us to the Sono and he got to see his little sibling on the screen. Didn't phase him much. I think he likes to watch Baby Einstein better! So I was gonna try and post the sonogram pic, but it's bad resolution so it would be really terrible after scanning. Plus, I didn't drink much water so it wasn't as clear as it could have been.
FYI-I think we will be having Aiden's family birthday party at Mom and Dad's on the 11th of December(that's a Sunday afternoon). It's also the same weekend of Crossgate's Christmas program, which I highly recommend attending. Hopefully I will be singing in it next year.
A girl at work says I'm showing aleady-boy is that depressing. I expect lots of prayers that I don't balloon up to the size I was when I had Aiden. That would be awful!
We have no definite names picked out, but I really like Jackson Ryburn for a boy and Abigial Reese for a girl...althought I'm having 2nd thoughts on that one because Ant doesn't care for Abigail. He does like Abby, which is what she'd be called if we went with Abigail. Anyway, I'm open for all suggestions, if you're open to my opinion on your suggestion :-). Bring it on.
Alright, I will keep you all updated on the progression of things!
Love,
MandyeComments:Add a comment:

Ok, so here's the deal. We're going to be having another baby in June. There. I said it. I think I have been living in a little bit of denial, but the morning sickness is telling me oh how real it is. So just because I'm feeling too lousy to answer the same questions over and over (yes, I know how that must sound)I'm going to give you guys the answer to most of the ones I've been getting.
Yes-I will be having an ultra sound on 11/16 and No-It's too early to know what we're having, but we'll find out as soon as we can(probably at the 20 wk ultraound which will not be until February)
Yes-I'd love for it to be a girl, but I do love my boy so I'd be equally as happy with another one.
No-I don't know how many we'll be having, but hopefully 2 :-)
Yes-I am perpetually sick, already on zofran, and barely able to stomach anything
No-We didn't plan them this close, but we're excited now.
They will be 18 months apart.
I am almost 8 weeks (tomorrow) but the ultrasound next week will confirm that.
Ok, so hopefully I will be feeling better soon and we will be making the standard-'hey, we did it again!' phone calls to those of you who haven't already gotten one.
Love to Everyone!
Oh, and Aiden is GREAT! He's what makes it all worth it!Comments:Add a comment:
